Join us between 5pm and 8pm for the launch of Brian Geraths’ Collection at Bridgeport Village, in the Milieu Gallerybrief presentation/Q&A with Brian around 6p.

A peaceful break from your work, meet some new people and consider the healing benefits of Art in your life. Drop in any time to celebrate this 40 years-in-the-making event with Brian and Cathy Geraths.

Dress is smart casual or whatever makes you feel comfortable.

A portion of proceeds from the purchase of Brian’s fine art photography will benefit the National Geographic Society.


FEATURED ARTISTS

Brian Geraths is an Oregon-born, International award-winning photographer based in the Portland area. Click here to learn more about his Fine Art Photography.

His image “Mystic Beach” earned him the Fuji Masterpiece and Kodak Gallery Awards. Mystic Beach was published by Kodak and displayed for 12 months at the Epcot in Orlando FL.d in the Portland area.

Marketing photography & Headshot landed him assignments in The Bahamas, Australia, Japan, Canada, Mexico, several US states and multiple trips to New Zealand, home of his beloved “kiwi-wife Cathy” of 16+ years.

Married in 2008, they had a 10-yr vow renewal with a long-awaited “honeymoon” trip to France planned for June of 2019. COVID said otherwise, so they invested that vacation money on their beloved RV called the “Zen Den” which allowed them safe travels in the US during the pandemic. (Shared with others HERE.)

Their love of travel brought them together, something they’ve done their best to instill in the five kids they blended.

Clotilde Davenne Cremant de Bourgogne Rose:
Cremant is made in the same way as Champagne, this sparkling wine is made from Pinot Noir in Burgundy, an intense nose that is lively and full of currant and red fruit aromas.

Ciro Picariello Fiano di Avelino: A while wine from Southern Italy with flavors of green apple, wild herbs, and crushed stone, zesty minerals, savory spices, hints of pear, and hazelnut.

Mas de Libian Bout d’Zan:  This Grenache/Syrah French blend is from Cote du Rhone, showing notes of black cherry, peppery spice, licorice, plum, and dried herbs.

Our host for this event is Milieu Gallery owner, Ayomide an accomplished chocolate maker. She is owner of the Portland Chocolate Factory and crossed paths with Brian by way of their mutual interest in her new location at Bridgeport Village.

Ayo will be sharing her space and her amazing chocolate to top off the wine and lite fare with something sweet!..

Join us to celebrate our new membership with the Lake Oswego Chamber of Commmerce. We are gearing up for a grand opening celebration on Thursday 8/4, with this evening event to network and share the vision of Double Infinity Art.
