These Terms of Purchase govern all sales from Grateful B LLC, dba Studio B Photography & Gallery (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By purchasing from our site, you agree to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and limited edition nature of our artwork and photographic prints, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted. Please contact us with any questions prior to making a purchase.

2. Shipping and Delivery

We package and ship all orders with professional care. If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description so we can assist with a shipping claim.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Square. Payments are processed securely.

4. Copyright and Reproduction

All images, artwork, and content are the intellectual property of Grateful B LLC. Purchase of a product does not grant the right to reproduce, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
